Having been many years a magistrate with a long awareness of the declining freedoms enjoyed by the ordinary citizen and a corresponding fear of the big brother state`s ever increasing encroachment on civil liberties I hope that my observations within these general parameters will be of interest to those with an open mind.
There`s only one other magistrate blogging and it`s always at the top of your lists but this one is written to be enjoyed as well as to inform.

I started looking at this site a couple of months ago and immediately noticed how frequently he posts....almost every day there`s something new. The topics are very wide but all connected with legal things. Each one is almost a short story; his style is good enough for a newspaper. Combine that with really good content and I put it right up there. But I am a bit surprised there`s not more comment...
